Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines for working with AK MultiVision.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Project Scope & Payments
The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement or quote. Payments must be made according to the schedule agreed upon before the start of the project. Please note that all our pricing plans exclude domain and hosting charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the ownership of the final website or design assets will be transferred to the client. However, AK MultiVision retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and access required to complete the project on time. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline shifts.
5. Limitation of Liability
AK MultiVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms.
